Muzaffarabad and adjoining areas of Azad Kashmir received rainfall for the third consecutive day on Sunday. The snowfall at mountains has suspended the land-link of Neelum and Leepa valleys with Muzaffarabad, a private TV channel reported.
Rain-triggered landslides at Jhelum Valley have closed Srinagar-Muzaffarabad highway at Para and Muzaffarabad-Athmuqam road at Chhon area. Sudhan Gali-Bagh road and Forward Kahuta-Bagh road have also been closed at Mehmood Gali in district Bagh due to incessant rainfall.
