The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has appointed Senior Director Administration Rawal Khan Maitla as focal person to obtain citizens' suggestions for its next year development plan.
CDA Chairman Kamran Lashari has nominated him as a focal person to involve the general public in development schemes by getting their suggestions besides fulfilling other objectives.
Being a focal person, he will be responsible to approach all the members of citizen committees, welfare associations, trader organisations etc to get their suggestions.
He will also be responsible to arrange their meetings after receiving their proposals. Lashari said that the step has been taken to focus on development and improvement of services in the low-income areas after assessing the common man needs. The authority has announced that citizens can register or send their proposals on phone No 051-9205396 and fax No 051-9214510.
