The British Textile Machinery Association (BTMA), in collaboration with UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) will participate in the international Textile Asia 2007 being held at the Karachi Expo Center from March 18-21, 2007, a press release said on Thursday.
BTMA are a non-profit making organisation established in 1940 with the prime objective of helping its member companies to improve their trading prospective overseas. BTMA is the UK's focal point for textile producers looking to buy the very latest engineering and technical expertise in textile machinery and related products.
Alen Little, director BTMA, will be representing the Association at the exhibition and Ather Moeen Khan, senior trade and investment officer at the British Deputy High Commission, will be representing the UKTI/British Deputy High Commission.
UK Trade & Investment is the UK Government organisation that supports companies in the UK doing business internationally and overseas enterprises seeking to set up or expand in the UK. Its role is to help companies realise their international business potential through knowledge transfer, and on-going partnership support.
