'Infrastructure facilities being provided to trade and industry'

Chairman Senate Mohammadmian Soomro said on Thursday that the government was providing infrastructure facilities to trade and industry while the financial and industrial policies of the government would help boost the economy.
He was addressing the 24th Corporate Excellence Award presentation ceremony at a local hotel. Soomro said that the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) was a premier body of professional managers and entrepreneurs who were working to recognise and motivate the corporate sector by organising competitions amongst companies.
He further said that the MAP was making efforts in raising the standards of good management practices in the country and congratulated the winners of the 24th Corporate Excellence Award. Sohail Wajahat, President Management Association of Pakistan and others also addressed on the occasion.
