PML-N has asked PPP-P not to use its name during back-channel talks with the government. PML-N sources said that PPP-P's should not use its name during talks with the government as PML-N deems such contacts with the government as its insult.
The objections were raised by PML-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif at a recent meeting with PPP-P Chairperson Benazir Bhutto in London.
Referring the statements of Benazir Bhotto President PML-N Sindh Chapter Ghous Ali Shah said that PML-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif had his own principled stance and was committed not to compromise with the government.
"Whenever government tried to talk with Nawaz Sharif, he out-rightly rejected its offer", Ghous Ali Shah added. "Nawaz Sharif understands that talks with government are tantamount to the recognition of unconstitutional rulers," he said.
He further added that the opponents of Nawaz Sharif also admitted that he strongly believes in principles.
