EFU General Insurance Ltd achieves all-time record premium of Rs 8.46 billion in 2006, highest ever in the country written by any company. The Company earned after tax profit of Rs 762 million.
The board has recommended 130 percent distribution (100pc Bonus Shares and 30pc Cash Dividend). The Share Capital of the company after declaration by the shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2007 would touch Rs 1 billion.
