Pakistan Television will launch its "PTV Global Channel" from United Kingdom on April 2 with focus on projecting a soft image of the country and promoting its cultural life.
It will telecast variety of programmes including; entertainment, infotainment, news, current affairs, religious programmes and documentaries, a PTV press release said on Wednesday. Initially PTV Global will be a free to air channel and its transmission available in almost entire Europe.
