The two-day Saarc Summit will begin in New Delhi on Tuesday. The Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon told that the Summit would focus on connectivity, co-operation and other issues including terrorism.
For the first time representatives from the US, China, Japan, European Union and Republic of Korea will attend the opening and closing sessions as observers, Radio Pakistan reported.
