Wheat procurement target fixed for Larkana

Deputy Director Food Larkana Region Maqsood Ahmed Sarhandi has said that 50,000 ton wheat procurement target has been fixed for Larkana region during current Rabi season. This includes 23 thousand ton for Larkana/ Kamber-Shahdadkot districts, 07 thousand ton for Shikarpur and 20 thousand ton for Jacobabad and Kashmore districts, an official handout said Monday.
He said that 47 wheat procurement centres has been established including 20 in Larkana/ Kamber-Shahdadkot districts, 10 in Shikarpur and 17 in Jacobabad and Kashmore districts.
