Provincial ministers, parliamentary secretaries and advisers have congratulated the newly-elected office-bearers and members of executive body of Lahore Press Club (LPC) here on Friday.
According to an official, Rana Shamshad Ahmad Khan, Khadim Hussain Wattoo, Dr Anjum Amjad, Armaghan Subhani, Muhammad Ajmal Cheema, Muhammad Sibtain Khan, Asghar Hayat Kalyar, Ayesha Javed, Fatima Atif Malhi, Sadia Humayun, Rubina Sulehri Noor have congratulated the newly-elected LPC office-bearers and members of executive body.
They hoped that new office-bearers would work for the welfare of journalist community and government-media relations would further flourish.
LPG Distributors Association Pakistan (LPGDAP) Chairman Muhammad Irfan Khokhar has also greeted the LPC office-bearers, President Mohsin Goraya, Vice President Faheem Gauhar Butt, Secretary Syed Shoaib Uddin, Treasure Ziaullah Khan Niazi and members of the governing body.
In a statement issued here on Friday, the LPGDAP chief expressed the hope that the newly elected office-bearers of LPC would better work for the welfare of the journalists' community and make joint efforts for early completion of journalist colony in the provincial capital.
