Pakistan cricket team all rounder Shoaib Malik termed the former fast bowler Sarfaraz Nawaz statements regarding match fixing as baseless and said that he wants cheap publicity. Talking to mediamen after recording his statement to the world cup inquiry committee.
Shoaib said that Sarfarz should provide evidence in support of his statements regarding match fixing charges otherwise he would go into court for legal action against him. Shoaib refused to comment on Pakistan team media manager statement and said that the inquiry committee has directed him not to comment on these issues.
