Bodies of seven Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia due today

The bodies of seven Pakistanis who died in Saudi Arabia when a transmission tower fell on them last month in Bahra near Jeddah-Makkah Highway could not arrive home on Monday because the company did not submit the necessary documents.
The National Power Construction Company employed the seven Pakistani workers. Jeddah Consulate Pakistan Welfare Councillor Shaukat Ali Chaudhry said the bodies would reach Karachi on April 10 or 11 via PIA flight No PK-732.
The bodies would then be dispatched to Faisalabad via PIA flight No PK-330 and Multan via PIA flight No PK-340, he said. He said all legalities in this regard were being completed and the bodies would be dispatched without any airfare.
PIA officials, however, revealed that some incomplete documents led to a delay in sending the bodies to the bereaved families. The deceased have been identified as Saeed Ahmed Karamat and Kaleem-ullah from Faisalabad, Ishfaq Ahmed and Muhammad Sadiq from Toba Tek Singh, Zahoor Hussain from Vehari and Ghulam Qasim, Dost Muhammad and Muhammad Rasheed from Multan.
