Ukraine's grain exports fell by about 36 percent to 7.219 million tonnes so far in the 2006/07 season from 11.057 million in the same period in 2005/06 due to export restrictions, analysts said on Wednesday.
The country's leading UkrAgroConsult agriculture consultancy said in a statement the 2006/07 exports had included 3.847 million tonnes of barley, 2.443 million of wheat, 505,600 of maize and 423,000 of other cereals.
