Chairman/ Secretary Pakistan Railway, Aijaz Ahmed Qureshi on Thursday visited Karachi and Cantonment Railway Stations and saw the facilities being provided by Pakistan Railways for passengers.
The chairman, who was accompanied by Divisional Superintendent, Mir Mohammed Khaskheli, Deputy DS Maqsoodunnabi and other concerned officials, directed that more but proper seating arrangements to be made for waiting passengers at platforms. For this purpose existing seating capacity will be enhanced by placing more chairs and benches.
