The contractor of National High Way Authority damaged the PTCL Optical Fibre Cable, which caused to its V-Phone valued Customers of Karachi City and Sukkur Region. V Phone service badly effected from 11:50 AM to 15:35 PM yesterday.
PTCL Engineers immediately rushed to the spot and rectify the fault on the war foot basis and restored the communication. We at PTCL continuously strive for providing the best possible services to our valued customers. The inconvenience, caused to valued customer is deeply regretted.-PR
