The PML-N has established a free legal aid cell at Daska city for providing necessary guidance and free legal aid to all the clients of Double Shah across Pakistan, with an aim to enable them to get their deposited amounts back from Double Shah. PML-N has decided to put up Double Shah issue before the Lahore High Court (LHC).
Daska based senior vice president of PML-N International Affairs Dr Khalid Luqman told the newsmen, here on Friday that the PML-N has taken this initiative in the larger interest of affected clients of Double Shah. He said that this special cell was rapidly collecting the complete data of all the clients of Wazirabad based Double Shah across the country. PML-N's special cell would provide free necessary legal aid to clients.
Dr Khalid Luqman also told the newsmen that the PML-N has decided to put up this nasty matter of Double Shah in the Lahore High Court (LHC) and would submit a writ petition within the next couple of days. Our this special cell is comprising of senior lawyers, while the majority of the Double Shah clients would also be inducted into this cell, he added. He said that in this very initial stage more than 400 male and female clients of the Double Shah have contacted us, seeking relief, in this regard. He said that this cell would work round the clock. Every person of the society and every male and female client of Double Shah could also become the part of this cell, he added.
He said that the PML-N's leadership has forced the present government to evolve a special effective strategy for ensuring the early payment of the heavy and small amounts to all the clients of Double Shah, in this regard. He said that this cell would also raise awareness among the people to avert any further Double Shah like fraud case in future, besides, minimising the woes of the Double Shah's shocked clients (thousands in number). We have been struggling hard to find out the amicable solution of this nasty Double Shah issue.
Daska based senior vice president of PML-N International Affairs Dr Khalid Luqman would be the patron-in-chief of this well equipped PML-N cell established at Rustam Road Daska City, while, Syed Javaid Ali Shah, Muhammad Arslan Khan would be the coordinators and Mian Qaisar Mukhtar Advocate has been appointed as the legal advisor of this cell. Begum Shakeela Khalid Luqman (president PML-N Women Wing USA) would head this cell's women wing. The PML-N has advised all the clients of Double Shah to contact this special cell ensuring relief to all the clients on top priority in active consultation with the Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
