'Female education necessary to establish best nation'

The Parliamentary Secretary of Local Government, Raja Rashid Hafeez has said that the main purpose of female education is to establish the best nation because the lap of the mother is first institution for a child. He said this while addressing a prize distribution ceremony here at Government Degree College for Women, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Rashid Hafeez said that the girls are intelligent than boys in the present era, adding if the appropriate opportunities provided to the girls then their faculties could be shined. He said that the aim of the type of ceremonies is to encourage the female students. Appreciating the performance of the girls he said these girls would make the name of the country bright. Parliamentary secretary assured to build an 8-rooms block in the college.
