AJK Prime Minister Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan on Sunday said President Pervez Musharraf's diplomatic efforts for the resolution of Kashmir issue have changed the attitude of Indian leadership, terming it a positive change.
Speaking at oath taking ceremony of Nikayal Bar Association, he said Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and former AJK Premier Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan's meeting in New Delhi would help improve the relations between the two countries. The AJK PM said meeting would also prove to be helpful in the composite dialogue.
He said former AJK Premier Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan who has also served long time for the cause of Kashmir and wanted to bring the lingering dispute to its logical end through peaceful talks.
He said lawyers' community always played vital role in dispensation of justice to the oppressed and deserving strata of society.
He further said government has allocated special development package for 13 electoral constituencies of Line of Control (LoC) areas. He said Pir Nasrora in Nikayal valley would be made tourist zone and a rest house would also be constructed for tourists, he added.
