The existing space on which there is only and one HBL branch in block-18 has lots of constraints to accommodate banking services for clients residing Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi.
In fact, the bank management has been apprised time and again about the problems being faced with suggestions to extend the existing space and open of few more branches in the vicinity of Gulistan-e-Jouhar to ease the pressure on this particular branch.
The interior decoration and furnishing of this branch was ill-planned without keeping in view the spaciousness of this area for customer handling due to which the internal space designed for public dealing provides only two Teller windows. The situation gets worse during schools/colleges admissions time.
