An eye-opener

Many newspapers carried images of Bollywood stars Aishwariya and Abhishek when they married in India a couple of weeks ago. There's no denying that the media gave too much importance to the wedding, but there are other important events as well which should have been covered.
On the other hand the Bollywood couple should be praised for giving due respect to the Indian culture and their religious practices. It's an eye opener for all of us, especially Muslims, who are struck between orthodoxy and modernism.
