Malir town to have new passport office branch

Malir Town Nazim Ansar Ahmed Sheikh has said that a branch of passport office in Malir town would start functioning by June 1. In this regard, space for office has already been given to the authorities of passport cell, he said.
While visiting the location of the passport office along with Director Passport and Immigration Manzoor Malik and assistant in-charge Karachi Taha Iqbal here Wednesday.
Ansar Ahmed said people of the area had go to Saddar passport office to get their passports and faced several hardships. He said people would be facilitated in getting their passports in their own area. He said residents of Shah Faisal Town, Gadap Town, Quaidabad, and Gulshan-e-Hadeed would also be facilitated by this new passport office. Manzoor Malik said preparation had been completed to start the office. He said staff headed by assistant director would be deployed at the office.
