The two mega multi-billion dollar projects of Emmar properties, comprising two islands of Budal and Buddo near Karachi, will be going into groundbreaking phase shortly, according to the second quarter issue of Islamic Capital Partners with focus on Pakistan.
The two islands, near Karachi's financial hub, are expected to provide employment to a large number of people. Emmar is already working on a specially planned housing project in Islamabad named Canyon Vies. Emmar is also pursuing two other projects, one is highland project in Islamabad while the other is Crescent Bay in Karachi.
