Indus River System Authority (Irsa) on Saturday released 256,655 cusecs water from various rim stations. According to Irsa, an overall water inflow from various reservoirs recorded on Saturday was at 333,151 cusecs.
Water level at Tarbela Dam recorded on Saturday was 1459.72 feet. The present water level at the dam was 90 feet higher than the dead level of 1,369 feet. Water inflow at the dam was recorded at 148,400 cusecs, while outflow was at 84,200 cusecs.
The water level at Mangla Dam was recorded at 1,181.10 feet, which was 141 feet higher than the dead level of 1,040 feet. Water inflow at the dam was recorded at 52,296 cusecs, while outflow was recorded at 40,000 cusec.
