May 12 mayhem in no doubt a result of mismanagement on part of government, but there is another view I want to share with others. A few weeks ago some people demanded the withdrawal of Rangers from the metropolis. It is said that whenever Rangers withdrawal is demanded the city witnessed violence to make their presence vital for the city's peace.
