MARKET ANALYSIS: The local currency gave up mere grounds versus dollar amid demand of dollar in the local market today. The US dollar kicked off new day's trading at Rs 60/80, made a mere recovery and changed hands at Rs 60/82 at close of markets on Thursday. Thus, rupee incurred a loss of 0/02 paisas against greenback on the open market.
