Balochistan government spokesman Raziq Bugti on Friday condemned the statement of the Kandahar governor, who claimed that a number of Baloch nationalists had taken refuge in his province.
Talking to PTV, he said that at this crucial time when Pakistan was playing important role in war against terrorism and was also playing its role for bringing stability in Afghanistan, such statements were open interference in the affairs of Pakistan.
He said: "We never blamed the Afghan government for law and order situation in Balochistan but now after this statement it is clear that Afghan government is involved in creating law and order situation in Balochistan".
Raziq Bugti said the development projects in Balochistan had changed its destiny and if some people had migrated to Afghanistan they can come back and spend a normal life but without arms. In fact those elements, who were not satisfied with the development of Balochistan, were creating disturbance, he added.
Raziq Bugti rejected the report of Amnesty International that some people of Balochistan were missing and said that sometimes those people were arrested in any case or they be underground, adding the government was ready to cooperate if human rights commission needed any help in this regard.
