Striker Radamel Falcao Garcia scored a 33rd-minute winner as Colombia beat Montenegro 1-0 in the Kirin Cup friendly tournament in Japan on Sunday.
Falcao tucked the ball past Montenegro keeper Vukasin Poleksic as Colombia marked their first game with three points in Nagano. Japan lead the three-nation tournament on goal difference after their 2-0 win over Montenegro on Friday.
The Asian champions take on Colombia in Saitama in the decider on Tuesday. Japan are using the Kirin Cup as a warm-up for the next month's Asian Cup where they will be bidding to win the title for the third time in a row.
