A labourer was killed and three others were injured when explosive device went off while off-loading scrap from a truck inside steel mills in Hayatabad Industrial Estate here on Monday. The labourers were off-loading the scrap at Frontier Foundry Pvt Ltd.
When an unexploded shell went off killing Nihar Ali son of Anwar Ali resident of Mardan while Nadir, Hassan Gul son of Zareen and Hazrat Nabi son of Sana Gul residents of Rustam, Mardan sustained injuries. SSP Operation, Haji Ifitkhar Khan said condition of one injured is stated to be critical.
