Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) has urged public to gather in large number at Islamabad airport on June 14 and welcome Chairman PTI, Imran Khan returning from London after consulting a legal team to finalise case against Altaf Hussain.
"Imran Khan has encouraged the suppressed masses to show courage against a fascist party, therefore, deserves a befitting welcome from the nation," central vice president PTI Mian Mukarim Shah and provincial general secretary Zahid Hussain Mohmmand told a joint news conference here on Tuesday.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chief, they said, is fighting for the future of Pakistan and has no personal aim to fight against MQM, which they claimed has been involved in various terrorist activities.
"No one before Imran has dared to challenge MQM and exposed its leadership before the world however after Khan has taken a chance, a number of people have contacted him for providing evidence against Altaf Hussain" the PTI leaders remarked. About filing the case against Altaf Hussain, he said Khan has started consultation with legal experts in London and would file the case after collecting solid proofs and evidence against MQM chief in a British court.
The PTI leader said that the top leadership of MQM has been involved in various 'terrorist' activities and wanted by various agencies in different cases. "Due to their terrorist background MQM top leadership has no choice other than being used as tool in the hands of the secret agencies" they claimed. Imran Khan would be arriving at Islamabad airport on June 14 from London where a large number of party workers and people from different segments would welcome him.
