"It is now easier than ever to become a qualified football coach. By getting on the coaching ladder, individuals have the opportunity to progress through the various AFC Coaching qualifications while constantly enhancing their skills and knowledge. To be successful as a coach you should always be open to new ideas.
This was stated by Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)'s General Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi (retd) during closing ceremony of AFC C-Certificate Football Coaching Course on Sunday, 17 June atFIFA Football House, Lahore.
"To strengthen club culture is in PFF President's Faisal Saleh Hayat's long-term planning and according to him coaches will play vital role in this regard. The 14-day Course under former Iranian international and AFC Instructor Majid Jalali will enable the 24
participants to take this challenge. Before advent of Faisal Saleh Hayat, there were seldom any courses but now PFF managing courses after courses. The soccer followers are behind Faisal Saleh Hayat which is the reason he had been picked as PFF President for another four years." added by Ahmed Yar who became the first-ever Paid Secretary General of PFF on 4 March 2007.
