The Lahore High Court (LHC) disposed of a petition filed against the detention of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers as the law officer informed the court that the government had withdrawn the detention orders.
The petitioner PML-N Lahore President Mian Marghoob Ahmed had approached the court against the action of the government to arrest the political workers including Faisal Pehlwan and twenty others. The law officer appeared before the court here on Monday and informed the court that the government had withdrawn the detention orders and court disposed of the petition accordingly.
