Meeting held

A meeting of Punjab University's Advance Studies and Research Board was held under the chairmanship of acting Vice-chancellor Punjab University Professor Dr Muhammad Arif Butt, here on Thursday.
Dean Faculty of Life Sciences Professor Dr Shahida Hasnain, Dean of Pharmacy Professor Dr Muhammad Jamshed, Dean Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, Professor Dr Zafar Iqbal Jadoon, Dean Faculty of Oriental Learning, Professor Dr Muhammad Saleem Mazhar, Dean Faculty of Medicine, Professor Dr Anwar A Khan, Dean Faculty of Education and others attended the meeting.
The committee examined the evaluation reports of examiners and approved the panel of examiners for various scholars. Addressing the meeting, Arif Butt stressed the deans to hold meetings with research supervisors and PhD scholars with a view to guide them in their research work and to improve their intellectual abilities.
