Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday where fresh buying spree in hot favourites moved the entire ready board in upward direction amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 97.10 points from 2,745.94 to 2,843.04 points.
The volume was 2,712,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 45,93,700 shares. Total 162 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (102) closed in positive territory, 59 landed in minus column, whereas one company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fauji Cement was 355,000 shares. The volume of Pakistan Cement was 266,500 shares. The volume of Javed Omer Vohara was 206,300 shares.
