Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has invited as many as 22 cricketers for fitness and training camp that will get underway here at National Cricket Academy and Qaddafi Stadium from Tuesday (July 10). According to a spokesman of PCB, there would be two sessions of physical training and net practice in morning and evening daily during the camp.
Batting coach Haroon Rashid, bowling coach Aaqib Javed and fielding coach Mohtasham Rasheed would impart training to the players. The spokesman further said players would be divided in to two groups for the physical training and net practice sessions. All the 22 cricketers invited for the camp are currently in Pakistan except Shoaib Akhtar who is expected to return from Malaysia on Monday night.
