Sakhi Muhammad Kahut, Judge of Anti Terrorist Court No 2 for Rawalpindi Division and Federal Capital has adjourned hearing on the bail application of Ume Tayyaba Dua, daughter of Moulana Abdul Aziz, Khateeb (chief priest) of Lal Masjid.
According to details, Ume Tayyaba Dua was arrested along with her father Maulana Abdul Aziz on July 4 and presented in the court on July 5. The court has sent her to Adiala Jail on judicial remand. Her lawyer Hashmat Habib submitted a bail application of Ume Tayyaba Dua in the ATC-2. The judge has asked the prosecution to give reply to the application and adjourned hearing till July 18.
