The business community of Sialkot will establish a vegetable and flowers packing and preservation centre in Sialkot soon. Sources told Business Recorder that the proposed centre would be set up near Sialkot international airport. In this connection negotiations with different bodies are in progress.
The centre would develop novel presentation methods and delivery systems for vegetables and flowers. The business community here is also considering to set up an 'Electricity Generation Plant' to overcome shortage of electricity. Both these projects would be undertaken on the basis of public-private partnership.
