Germany will provide financial assistance worth Rs 320,000 to Community Advisory and Welfare (CAW) services towards flood affectees in Sindh and Balochistan provinces.
A statement here on Thursday said the Consul General of Federal Republic of Germany in Karachi, Hans-Joachim Kiderlen, on Thursday signed an agreement with CAW services, represented by Abbas Raza, at the German Consulate for a financial contribution of Rs 320,000 towards the relief of flood victims in the coastal areas of Balochistan and Sindh.
CAW services is working to provide safe drinking water to the people of Sindh and Balochistan affected by the recent floods and rains, it was further pointed out.
