The Ulema and Khatibs while terming the acts of suicidal attacks in the country against the teaching of Islam, have called upon the religious leaders of all sects to unite on one platform and strongly condemn such brutal acts being committed in the name of religion. In their Jumma sermons, they said that Quran and Sunnah teaches the Muslims that murder of a human being is the killing of entire humanity.
They said that no true Muslim could support such acts against humanity, which are being committed in the name of Jihad. They said that ongoing wave of terrorism is a deep-rooted conspiracy of the vested interests to tarnish the good name of Islam, which has always preached the message of peace, affection and brotherhood for the entire mankind irrespective of any colour, creed, caste or religion. They also called upon the people to shun their differences and jointly struggle to foil the nefarious designs of anti-Muslim forces.
