Pakistan has today emerged as one of the fastest growing economies of Asia. It is an outcome of the hard work and dedication of the Government and people of Pakistan that we have succeeded in bringing about such a great change in the country's economic complexion.
Our economy is healthier today than it was ever before and all because our economic policies are consistent and transparent. The WTO regime has not only placed highly challenging demands on our industrialists but it has also opened opportunities for those who have the will to compete in the international markets. I am glad the private sector has accepted this challenge. The Government of Pakistan will fully support the private sector to join the great task of improving the infrastructure.
M3 Industrial City, which is a project of Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) will play a pivotal role in meeting the challenge of rapid industrialisation and indeed prove to be an instrument for bringing Pakistan close to the developed nations.
