Punjab government has evolved a strategy for providing hygienic drinking water, installation of water meters and to improve sanitation system in various districts of the Punjab.
According to the official sources, a survey was being conducted by public health engineering in different cities for ascertaining and estimating the replacement of old and rotten water pipelines.
