Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where selling pressure intensified in hot favourites amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index showed a decrease of 14.75 points from 3,089.84 to 3,075.09 points. The overall turnover amounted to 1,656,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,184,300 shares.
Total 137 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (112) closed in negative territory and 25 closed in positive territory. The volume of Bosicor Pakistan was 280,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 209,00 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 239,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 166,700 shares. The volume of Javed Omer Vohra was 223,900 shares.
