HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah visited shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan, Jamshoro, late Saturday night to review the security arrangement.
According to a press release issued by Sindh Information Department here on Sunday, the CM paid a surprise visit to the shrine and directed the police and district administration to prepare a fool proof security plan for the 3-day "Urs" celebrations at the shrine which would start in the mid of May.
Shah also reviewed the ongoing renovation and beautification works at the shrine.
During the visit, he was accompanied by MNA Malik Asad Sikandar, Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Suhail Rajput, Deputy Commissioner Jamshoro Munawar Ali Mahesar and other officials.
Earlier, the CM met the delegations of local people in his village Wahar and listed to the problems, complaints and demands of the people.
He directed the DC Jamshoro and SSP Jamshoro Tanveer Odho to address the complaints.
