PTI should participate in process of electoral reforms: Marriyum Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that PTI should participate in process of electoral reforms.

In a statement here on Monday, she said PTI chief Imran Khan wants to pressurize the institutions. She said PTI has not been attending the session of parliament regularly.

Participating in a dialogue here at National Press Club on Monday, Minister of State for Information said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has directed to take comprehensive measures for safety and security of journalists and media workers.

The minister said all the stakeholders should participate in the process for preparation of the bill on protection and welfare of the journalists.  She said protection and welfare of journalists is responsibility of the government.
