Capital City Police has arrested seven hardened criminals along with 23 outlaws during a mid night operation late on Wednesday night. The operation was carried out by SP Operation, Muhammad Tahir Khan in pursuance of the directives of Chief Capital City Police Abdul Majid Marwat, said a press release here on Thursday.
The operation was carried out at the hideouts of proclaimed offenders and raiding parties seized arms, drugs and fake currency. The arms seized included two rifles, one short gun, six pistols of 30 bore, 63 cartridges, 2.186 kilogram charas of fine quality and fake currency of Rs 1,000 denomination. Chief Capital City Police, while appreciating the performance of raiding parties, announced cash prizes for them.
