Telenor Pakistan has established a new state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre that will enable it to quickly pinpoint outages anywhere across their network in Pakistan.
The new centre will make alarm monitoring and supervision of the network easier, reducing network downtime and duration, and result in more satisfied customers.
Telenor Pakistan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tore Johnses inaugurated the new centre on Thursday in Islamabad.
