The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives and the World Bank will organise a joint two-day workshop on "clean production and pollution prevention" on September 4-5 in Lahore.
Ministry of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives, Federal Secretary, Shahab Khawaja will open the workshop on September 4. The SMEDA CEO Shahid Rashid will present the welcome note. He will also grace the closing session as chief guest on September 5.
This workshop is aimed at raising awareness, sharing information and best practices observed in the international, regional and national perspectives. SMEDA has invited several stakeholders from across the country.
