Message from Chairman Region 'A' Travel Agents Association of Pakistan

I offer my heartiest congratulations to the government and the people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of their National Day. The day has a great significance for Pakistan, as it reminds its people of the unstinted support of the rulers of the Kingdom to our principle stand in international forums.
The services of the country to the cause of Islam are too many to be recounted here. What distinguishes Saudi Arabia from other countries is its stance in laying stress on the adoption of humanitarian and moral stand for justice in line with Islamic teachings, seeking achievements of objectives away from the concept of interest, profit and loss.
It is common knowledge that humanitarian assistance, offered by the Saudi Kingdom to the world, is unique in nature. It is policy that has earned for the Kingdom first place among world states with regards to donations, aid and relief. Needless to say that a large portion of Saudi aid to countries goes to Muslim world. This assistance stems from the deep awareness of the fact that no bond can be stronger than the Islamic faith, which binds Muslims together and holds them in close relationship of coherence and spiritual unity.
The development of the holy cities of Makkah and Madina, with focus on the two Holy Mosques under the guidance of King Fahad bin Abdul Aziz, is a testimony to his love for Islam. His contribution to the cause of Muslim unity will be written with letters of gold in the history of Islam.
I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Their Excellencies, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, Ali Saeed Awad Assari and the Consul General, Dr Hassan Al-Attar, for their cooperation and support to the Association of Travel Agents in providing every possible facility for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
Specially my gratitude to H.E. Dr Hassan Abdul Rahseed Al-Attar the Honourable Consul General of Royal Saudi Consultate General, Karachi, for his cooperation and modernisation of the Umrah visa, Visit visa, Business visa, Family visa, Resident visa and Employment visa systems.
Their support and cooperation is a testimony to the brotherly relations Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy. I, pray for the continuous progress and prosperity of the Kingdom.
