President Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal Qazi Hussain Ahmed said on Wednesday that Makhdoom Amin of PPPP was not at all acceptable to the MMA for presidential election.
Talking to reporters after chairing JI's parliamentary party meeting here, Amir Jamaat Islami said that nomination of Amin Fahim by the PPPP as presidential candidate was a part of the PPPP-govt understanding.
When asked about recent statement of former premier Benazir Bhutto about country's nuclear scientist A.Q.Khan, the President of MMA said it was also a part of the American agenda being pursued by the PPPP in letter and spirit. He said, the former premier should not have made such irresponsible statement before the international forum.
