Registration for those private candidates who want to appear in B.A/B.Sc annual examinations 2008 will now continue up to 10th October 2007. University registrar has asked candidates to register themselves before 10th October 2007.
Candidates passing intermediate or equivalent exam in 2006 are eligible for the B.A/B.Sc examinations 2008, a spokesman of the University said here on Thursday.
Moreover, Punjab University has awarded Ph. D degree to Abdul Aziz S/o Hassan Din in the subject of Urdu after the approval of his thesis entitled "Mohammad Hasan Askari Ke Tanqidi Tasawuraat Aur Deegar Qadeem Wajadeed Tanqidi Rawayyon Ka Taqabuli Jaeza".
His supervisor was Professor Dr Tehsin Firaqi of Department of Urdu, University Oriental College, Lahore. Meanwhile, Punjab University has announced the results of Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), 1st Professional, IInd Annual Examination 2006. As many as 92 candidates appeared in the examination and 73 were declared successful.
