Pakistan Railways will run eleven special trains to facilitate people to reach their hometowns on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. According to railway sources, as there is great rush of travellers during Eid days, PR as per its tradition, will run 11 special trains from October 10 to 20.
First special train will depart from Quetta on October 10 at 12.15 pm for Rawalpindi; second from Karachi on October 11 at 1.00 pm for Sargodha; and third also from Karachi on October 10 for Peshawar at 2.00 pm. The fourth special train will depart from Karachi on October 11 at 5.30 pm for Rawalpindi and fifth from Lahore on October 12 at 9.00 am for Rawalpindi.
The six special train will depart from Rawalpindi for Lahore on October 12 at 4.00pm; seventh on October 12 from Peshawar at 10.00 am for Lahore; and 8th on October 11 from Rawalpindi at 5.15 pm for Multan. The ninth special train will leave Multan on October 12 at 11.00 am, while 10th special train will depart from Sargodha at 4.00 pm for Karachi on October 20 while the last special train will depart from Rawalpindi on October 20 at 10.00 am for Karachi.
